Finally Someone Who is Professional
I have been in business for over 20 years and have worked with several accounting companies. Gloria has been the single most knowledgeable In not only the accounting portion, but more importantly for me, the QuickBooks part. Over 20 years my files have just grew and grew and were becoming corrupt and just a mess. I tried to with directly with intuit with absolutely no success and to some degree made things worse. I found Gloria and I immediately knew she was the real deal. She started by cleaning up the old files as much as possible and then she created a new file to go into affect in January 2024. After much communication we synced the two files to be sure all data was correct. And January 1 we went live seamlessly. Gloria in a word, was amazing!

Awesome!
Gloria helped us convert from QuickBooks Online to Desktop Pro Plus. QuickBooks did not provide a service to downgrade to one of its platforms, and after interviewing many expensive third parties, we were not confident that they could do the conversion without losing data. Desperate for help, Gloria agreed to help us, despite she was in the middle of tax season. Gloria successfully migrated us back to Desktop Pro Plus on the first attempt without data lost. During the process, Gloria also identified training opportunities in QuickBooks that have made us far more effective and efficient users of the system! She is accessible, quick to understand our situation, provides practical and affordable solutions … she is simply awesome."
